Home Gym Workout Routines Part 1: "Do not let the gym inaccessibility be in your way to build your dream body. The most important thing right now is to have pure determination and use these workout routines 5 times a week and go on a proper diet to see amazing results. These workout routines are divided into 4 body parts. The first workout would be the chest and biceps workout. Then on day 2 would be the back and triceps workout, the third day would be shoulder and forearm workout and the last would be your legs and abs workout."
